Mike Anderson is an award-winning teacher, author, and a highly sought-after education consultant. Mike leads great learning with teachers and schools across the United States and the world on topics such as choice-based differentiated learning, blending social-emotional learning into daily academic work, supporting students with effective and respectful discipline practices, and teacher wellness and balance. Mike has presented at many national conferences including Learning and the Brain, ASCD, and NCTE. Before becoming an independent consultant, Mike was a Responsive Classroom consultant, developer, and author. He taught third, fourth, and fifth grades for fifteen years in and often dreams about heading back into the classroom someday!
