Michael Boyd is a first-year physics teacher in the Farmingdale School District on Long Island, New York. He currently teaches Regents and Conceptual Physics to juniors and seniors and coaches varsity track and field. He is often described by friends and family as one who “tries to be best friends with everyone he meets.” He spends his free time hiking mountains, running trails, and eating burritos. He is a recent graduate of Saint Michael’s College and is currently pursuing his MEd at Concordia University. He is always looking to better his craft and be the best teacher he can be to his amazing students.
