I’ve written numerous articles for education magazines like Educational Leadership, Converge, T.H.E. Journal, and Ed Tech. Also, the Science Fun-omena educational supplement for The Daily News. I was the principal writer/producer and host of the popular Talking Financial Literacy podcast, produced under the aegis of The University of South Florida and funded by a grant from McGraw Hill. - Currently President of the Literacy Special Interest Group of ISTE, I write and produce its newsletter, journal, and podcast. - My approach to working with teachers has always been to emphasize exciting, satisfying projects through which important learning is achieved through high student interest and engagement.
