Joy Jancewicz
Third Grade Teacher
Joy Jancewicz is currently a second-year teacher, teaching third grade in rural Maine. She is enrolled in a graduate program concentrated on administration, and is also involved in a committee at her school that works to spread positivity and boost morale. It has not been easy beginning a teaching career as the pandemic has been winding down, but those circumstances have motivated Joy to further educate herself on social and emotional learning in order to bring working practices to the classroom, as well as create some of her own.
