John Omundsen

Director of K-12 STEM Education

I am currently in my fifteenth year in education. During this time I have been a math teacher to students from grades 3-12, a mathematics curriculum specialist, a math coach, and currently I am the Director of K-12 STEM Education for the Oasis Charter Schools in Cape Coral, FL in which I am working to create a vertically aligned, K-12 STEM curriculum for our students. I work closely in instructional development with our teachers. I have a bachelor's degree in mathematics, a master's degree in mathematics education, and a doctoral degree in educational leadership all from the University of Florida.
