Delia Racines

Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal

Delia E. Racines, PhD, has more than 15 years of experience teaching, coaching, and serving as an administrator with ETK-12 public schools and university-level educators in Washington DC and Los Angeles. Racines coaches educators to apply research-based instructional strategies and make meaning of data to effectively narrow achievement gaps and ensure equitable opportunities and outcomes for all students, especially English learners. Racines transitions department chairs to coaches through tailored modules and was awarded the prestigious Shirley Hord Award with Learning Forward. Nominated as ACSA’s 2018 Co-Administrator of the Year, Racines continues to serve as a K-8 administrator, consults and coaches teachers and administrators with From Insight to Equity across the United States, and designed and teaches the yearly MATTESOL Intensive Prep Course with USC’s Rossier School of Education.
