Danielle Jones

Danielle is a state certified secondary math educator with over seven years of experience in the classroom. She takes pride in teaching inner-city youth and giving back to communities of color in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Her job description says she builds math lessons, teaches a curriculum, and assesses for understanding but, in reality, she also reveals the implicit math seamlessly embedded into our lives and encourages learners to take calculated risks to be better people than they were yesterday. Her educational motto is to “Enlighten, Inspire, Release, and Repeat”.
