Crystal J. Caballero

Middle School Assistant Principal

Dr. Crystal J. Caballero is a graduate of Towson University and Bowie State University. Dr. Caballero is a skilled and professional school leader with 19 years of experience, based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Dr. Caballero taught middle school math for eight years. She was a special education coordinator for three years, and she has been a middle school assistant principal for eight years. Dr. Caballero has worked with all demographics, and she prides herself on putting systems and structures in place to ensure that all students have access to rigorous instruction, social-emotional learning, and a safe school environment. Aside from her educational leadership responsibilities, Dr. Caballero enjoys writing children’s books with interdisciplinary activities. Dr. Caballero’s goal is to afford all children the opportunity to have fun while engaging in educational activities that elicit dialogue and critical thinking.
