With a B.Ed. in elementary education and an M.Ed. in intervention, focusing on autism, Connie has enjoyed teaching preschool through high school students in multiple settings. She started Budding Yoga to combine her love of teaching and mindfulness. A blend of balance, flexibility, and strength, mindful movement is now a science-supported practice that not only positively enhances student learning, focus, and coping skills, but benefits teachers’ and parents’ wellness too. Connie is also an advisor with Global Wellness for Children and an adjunct instructor at Ashland University.
