Coleman Fitch
English Teacher
Coleman Fitch is the sole English teacher at Thompsonville High School in southern Illinois, entering his fifth year in education. He is a Teach For America alum who returned to his rural hometown high school after his time in the corps. He completed his master’s degree program in the summer of 2020 and is an admirer of educators Penny Kittle, Kelly Gallagher, and Nancie Atwell.
