Christine Hietanen

Christine Hietanen is an English teacher at the Morris County School of Technology in Denville, New Jersey, where she has also served in a variety of teacher leadership roles such as achievement coach and lead teacher. She is involved in advocacy work with JerseyCan as a New Jersey teacher  policy fellow. Her mission is to facilitate a relevant and rigorous educational experience that encourages all students to take ownership of their learning by mastering English curriculum standards and developing 21st-century skills.
