
Brent Saccucci
Teacher Educator
Brent Saccucci has taught educators at University of British Columbia, University of Alberta, and now at the University of Lethbridge where he also leads the “Leading Social Change in Schools” Cohort. Brent has worked as a guidance counsellor, literacy interventionist, IB teacher, and district inclusion and equity consultant. He has published and presented widely on helping schools learn the transformative role of discomfort in fostering educational equity. Brent holds two masters degrees in education from both University of Alberta and OISE/University of Toronto, and is currently completing his doctoral degree in equity and social justice education at Western University, Canada.
