Founder, The Learning Loop
Allison Rodman is the founder of The Learning Loop, an education consulting organization that provides professional learning design, facilitation, and leadership coaching services to districts, schools, and educational nonprofit organizations internationally. Allie’s experience as a teacher, instructional coach, director of teaching and learning, director of professional development, assistant principal, board member, consultant, and ASCD faculty member enables her to support schools as learning organizations from a variety of different lenses.
Allie is an ASCD author and has published an ASCD member book as well as articles in Educational Leadership that have been highlighted by The Marshall Memo. She has also been recognized by EdTech Digest as a startup founder and education trendsetter.
