Adrienne Baytops-Paul has been an educator for more than 20 years. She began as an English teacher but has since transitioned her focus to elementary and middle school mathematics. A recent graduate of the George Mason University Educational Leadership program, she focuses on K–8 mathematics education. Adrienne eventually plans to pursue a mathematics coach or specialist position. She’s interested in supporting student perseverance and ability and strengthening teacher capability and content knowledge in mathematics.
