I don't think it has anything to do with how much you like or dislike music. Its more about how you often express your ideas.

How does MI relate to the WAIS-R and WAIS III and IV test for IQ. Do you know if anyone has done any comparison studies?

Hi Rob,
The short answer is that MI is a theory, while WAIS is a test, so comparisons are difficult. MI is a theory meant to help shift thinking about the definition of intelligence, while WAIS is a measurement of intelligence. I'm not sure if anyone has done any comparisons, because the research around MI tends to center around its applicability in educational settings, while the research around WAIS tends to be psychometric.
