As an administrator how do find networks to help you find inspiration for new ideas, sustaining current initiatives, and keeping up your morale?

I find when we gather for meetings there is a tendency to talk about everything that is challenging not inspiring. Outside of the box ideas are what fuel me and I am looking for ways to connect with others who are also creative within the constraints of our current system.
