As a teacher of teachers, how do we find ways to model wellness practices for our own students?

I teach teachers in licensure program in North Carolina. My future educators want to know more about ways to balance wellness and also how to embed social emotional learning into their classroom. I want to believe that there are ways to do both. I would love to hear how teachers are modeling wellness practices for their own students during the work day.
