A fully qualified and experienced teacher. My majority of teaching experience is with students aged 16 to 19.Until 2015 Thomas was a teacher and course leader at a Further Education and Adult Education Vocational College in London. He held further responsibilities as: a mentor for new teachers – providing advice on pedagogical methodologies, time management, and student behavior; and Department Lead Internal Verifier – overseeing the standard and quality of assessment. Since 2015 Thomas has been employed as an examiner and moderator of standards in education. He now works for the pedagogy department, TU Kaiserslautern.
