Shai Fuxman
Direct of the Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Academy
Shai Fuxman, a mental and behavioral health expert, leads initiatives promoting the positive development of children and youth at the Education Development Center. He has extensive experience in social and emotional learning (SEL) and school-based mental-health supports. Through his leadership of the Massachusetts Social, Emotional, and Behavior Academy, Dr. Fuxman provides training and coaching to help the state’s schools and districts promote students’ SEL and mental health well-being through a multi-tiered system of supports approach. He holds an EdD from Harvard University.
