Education Reform Leader | Helping all achieve their potential.

As a mission-driven children’s and adult educator with a passion for educational reform, I possess more than 15 years of school leadership, program management, curriculum design, business development, and writing achievements.

With a publishing record of authoring 50+ technology resources, multiple articles, and a book and an award-winning history of school/volunteer contributions in Colorado, I have been repeatedly recognized as a natural process improver and problem solver who cultivates innovation. A sampling of educational reform and achievements include:

>> EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP BEST PRACTICES: Improved school performance by instituting process improvement initiatives to fuel next-level performance and drive attainment of school vision. Improved CSAP scores 30 points in 5 years, achieved top 8% statewide recognition, and earned the John Irwin School of Excellence Award. [Georgetown]

>> SCHOOL PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT: Spearheaded formation and evolution of the school improvement plan, from data analysis and curriculum development to community, staff, district, and board reporting. [Georgetown]

>> EDUCATION BEST PRACTICES: Catalyzed adoption of novel educational approach exemplified by whole-child physical education, character-building/music, and a blend of emotional, social and physical education best practices. [Georgetown]

>> ONLINE EDUCATION & COPYEDITING: Developed online educational materials and copyedited training tools for the National Endowment for Financial Education and diverse client agencies. [PRW]

With additional early career experience spanning elementary education, school board leadership, and corporate training, I offer a rare blend of education/training, program operations, and writing/editing excellence.
