Description: Canopy In The Clouds uses innovative and immersive media from the perspective of a tropical montane cloud forest to serve as a platform for inquiry-based, K-12 earth and life science education. We are particularly excited to offer over 25 lesson plans on themes such as water, weather, soils, ecology and the process of science focused on 6-8th grades. All materials are normed to national science education standards, peer-reviewed by a team of scientists and educators, and made available free of cost via our website. Funding is provided by the National Geographic Society, National Science Foundation and the Tropical Science Center of Costa Rica.

Description: Green Planet Stream is the companion site to Green Planet Films -- a nonprofit distributor of nature and environmental films from around the globe. We promote environmental education through film. We believe the power of film can be an instrumental catalyst to awareness, education, and behavior change. On Green Planet Stream one can instantly access nature and environmental films by obtaining a 3, 14, or 30 day subscription. Topics include recycling, food, energy, climate change, ecosystem restoration, green building, and more. We created the site to allow easy access to the important content within these green films, in a delivery mechanism which people expect in today’s online world: streaming video.
