The selection of apps is great, especially the opportunity to experiment (play) with physics in apps like Gravity Lab. I am also a fan the web as an instructional medium. The current crop of browsers include some great functionality, such as local storage and WebGL. I have produced a toolkit (http://vizit.github.io/efield/) to easily create 3D models of the electric field produced by charge configurations that you define, along with a number of prepared examples (http://vizit.github.io/catalog/). Try rotating and zooming in on the fields :) This is all open source, and designed to be easily incorporated into your own content. I would love to hear suggestions for additional examples, or additional interactions. The down side, WebGL is not yet supported on iOS, hopefully soon. It will make me much happier to reach the broader audience. For now though, it reaches Android, Mac OS, Unix & Linux and even Windows.
