She has an MA in Education (Educational Technology), and she is a PBS Digital Innovator, Google Certified Innovator, Edutopia Facilitator, National Board Certified Teacher, Bay Area Writing Project teacher consultant, and 1st place winner of the Henry Ford Teacher Innovator Award.
