Over 20 years as a classroom teacher at all grade levels K-12 and even spent a semester as an adjunct professor. District-level projects included technology, new teacher induction, math curriculum review, accreditation review, design and delivery of professional development, facilitation of school data coaches, and research, design and implementation of new systems for student information and assessment management. Facilitate and coach school and district leadership groups. Areas of expertise include the use of data, coaching strategies, school improvement planning, standards-based education, and formative instructional practices. BA in History and MA in Educational Leadership
