Mr. Livesay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech '89. He received his Master of Education from the University of Virginia '03 and is currently a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership at Shenandoah University. He has 18 years of experience as a classroom teacher and 6 years of experience as a school and central office administrator where he has coordinated services in gifted & talented education, career & technical education, and in the support and coaching of new teachers. Currently, he serves Jefferson County Schools, WV as their Coordinator of High Schools
