Dr. Ember Conley attended Arizona State University and graduated from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences with a Bachelor of Science Degree. After owning her own business for six years, she returned to college to earn her certification in Elementary Education. Her teaching career included 4th grade, 6th grade science, 6th grade math, and 7th grade math. She received her Masters of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado, Denver with a degree in Administrative Leadership with an emphasis in Policy Studies. With this additional degree, she found her passion in leadership to assist students in maximizing their potential. She served as assistant principal and principal at the high school and elementary levels. In 2010, she graduated from Argosy University with her doctoral degree, focusing on K-12 Leadership in Curriculum and Instruction. She was awarded the Arizona School Administrators Outstanding Dissertation in 2010 for her research in the learning styles of Native American Students. In addition, she has been active in both the Arizona and Utah ASCD Affiliates and was currently selected as President Elect for the Utah ASCD. Dr. Conley has served for three years on the ASCD Nominations Committee and was a 2012 Emerging Leader. She currently holds the position of Superintendent for Park City School District in Park City, UT.
