I am Ms. Angela Cox and originally from Belton, SC. I currently reside in Simpsonville, SC. This year is my 13th year teaching in the School District of Greenville County. My philosophy of learning is that you never should stop learning until death. Having a passion for learning and education, I am a graduate from Southern Wesleyan University with a B.S in Business Administration, Master of Science in Professional Accounting from Strayer University, and an Ed.S (Educational Specialist) in Administration and Supervision from Clemson University. I hold a SC Teacher Certification in Business Education and a SC Secondary Principal Certification. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership at Clemson University.
Having a passion for teaching at all age levels, I am a part-time Adjunct Instructor with Greenville Technical College at the Barton and Brashier campus. I am very ambitious, career driven, and love to work. In my spare time, I spend time with family, friends, shopping, traveling, working out at the gym, watch movies and surfing the web.
My philosophy on education is that all students can learn but have different learning styles. I believe that high school should prepare our students for the real world, so they will have the tools for the challenges they may encounter in the future.
