Tom Kramer

Tom Kramer was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He moved to Springfield, MO to attend Central Bible College, where he graduated with honors
and earned a BS in Bible and Theology. After a short time in the ministry, Tom became a graduate assistant at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and graduated with a master's degree in elementary education. Soon thereafter, Tom obtained a teaching position with the Clark County School District. His 17-year career with CCSD included teaching in grades one through five and at a sixth-grade center. Tomr helped start the first elementary magnet school for math and science in the Valley and taught in a variety of educational environments from at-risk to gifted and talented. In 1999, Tom became interested in technology in education and became a CCSD Educational Computer Strategist, assisting teachers on the integration of technology into curriculum. In 2007, Tom left CCSD to work for an assistive technology software company where he was responsible for software development and technical support. Tom
joined Dawson in 2011. He enjoys computer programming, cooking and spending time with his family.
