Lucas Cioffi

Lucas started his professional career as a military officer. He graduated the United States Military Academy at West Point with a major in systems engineering and a minor in Chinese. He served five years in US Army including a one-year deployment to Iraq. Lucas graduated the US Army Ranger School, Airborne School for parachuting, and earned the Combat Infantryman's Badge.

Lucas' company is AthenaBridge which builds software to help citizens apply critical thinking and deeper deliberation in education, media, and politics. He is the President of the Board of the Open Forum Foundation, and he serves on the board of directors of the National Coalition for Dialogue and Deliberation, a network of 1500 individuals and organizations working in the area of public engagement.
