In addition to teaching elementary music, Mr. Krieg also directs Choir 1 for the Oregon Children's Choir Youth Chorale organization. If you love to sing, check out the website and come in for an audition. He has sung with the Portland Symphonic Choir with their concert series, along with the Oregon Symphony since 2001. He also serves and the interim worship leader at his church, blogs about arts integration strategies and enjoys riding his bike, taking pictures and skiing when he can. :)

In July 2010 he married a beautiful lady. She teaches 3rd grade. Her name is Mrs. Krieg! We had a great time on our honeymoon. We enjoy cooking together, riding our bikes and hiking.
