Kimberly Hyde

i love my job! I am so lucky that I get to teach at the best small school ever, and that I get to work with the best staff and most wonderful students on the planet.
My life is blessed by a great and supportive husband who understands what it takes to be a teacher and helps me stay positive and motivated. I am so thankful for him and our two little wonder dogs, Abagail and ZuZu, the best Westies on the planet.
I have been teaching for nine years, the last six as a self-contained 6-8th grade teacher, which keeps me on my toes. I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2003 as a Reading Major and Math Minor. I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Education at Humboldt State University through the TAH (Teaching American History) Program. I hope to be finished by 2013.
