WHAT WORKS IN EDUCATION The George Lucas Educational Foundation

malcolm bellamy

I specialise in primary (elementary) mathematics. I am passionate though about project work as knowledge does not come in tight little areas but is linked and works best when it is seen in context (especially mathematics which is often seen as a subject of fear and loathing and yet can be beautiful and contribute so much to children's developing understanding of their world. I am also passionate about the role of technology and how this is opening up new dimensions to the learning that both we and our children have.

Areas of Interest:
literature and information technology
