I earned my bachelors degree in English and my K-6 teaching license from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. I earned my Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction and certificates in Restoration Ecology, Master Gardening, and Education, Ecology, and Education from the University of Washington. I have taught 2nd grade and environmental education and am extremely passionate about what I do. I love to garden, dance, stretch, play, and sing with my students. There is never a dull moment and learning in my classroom is always relevant, authentic, and fun!
