Chantrise Sims Holliman

I am a motivated, personable, enthusiastic professional with a knack for teaching and motivating students and teachers with a successful record of accomplishment in both setting and achieving goals. As a teacher, I strive to teach my students how to solve instructional problems and generate creative solutions so they can get the best out of themselves and every learning experience. I want my students to leave my class not only better students but better people as I believe that aptitude and attitude go hand in hand. As an academy leader, I believe in being diplomatic and tactful with teachers, students, parents, and administrators. Accustomed to being a resourceful team player, I excel at building trusting relationships with all members of the academic community. I believe in servant-leadership that has high expectations and a propensity for excellence. A perpetual student, I am always interested in learning new concepts, techniques, and strategies. As mentor to new and novice teachers and as a professional development presenter, I am enthusiastic facilitator who believes in delivering creative and relevant presentations that offer teachers practical strategies based in proven theories.
