Debbie McFalone

Debbie McFalone has served educators as a teacher, principal and Assistant Superintendent/ Executive Director of Curriculum. She loves her current work leading adult learning, and has served as a facilitator and presenter for Michigan ASCD, the Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Association, Michigan Association of School Administrators, as well as school districts across Michigan. She currently is pursuing her Doctorate in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, and is one of three co-authors of the Michigan Principal Specialty Endorsement program. Debbie studied from 2003-2007 with the Harvard Change Leadership Group, building her understanding of leading deep change with adults. She has coached districts across Michigan on implementing a quality walk-through process, as well as strengthening collaboration and teaming in buildings. Debbie is an adjunct instructor for both WMU and GVSU, particularly focused on teaching strategies for engaging 21st Century learners.
