Karen Williams

Karen R. Williams is an honors graduate of Johnson C. Smith University with a BA in Communications and currently obtaining her Masters in Education Media Design & Technology from Full Sail University. Currently, she is the Founder and Executive Director of NHP Academy, Inc. in Gastonia, North Carolina. This nonprofit organization is designed to equip, empower, and enhance the quality of life for young people by providing professional, technical, and social development skills. NHP Academy has serviced over 120 students through this intense development program. As a result, many have received jobs, internships, improved school grades, and pursued college careers.

Mrs. Williams is a Webmaster, Training Specialist and co-owner of NHP Productions, a production company. Mrs. Williams is the self-published author of "Desperate Church Wives", a collection of powerful and inspirational essays to empower women in life. She has just released her second book entitled "Fight For What You Want - becoming a lifetime warrior".
