I am a dedicated child advocate with many years of experience working with schools and non-profit organizations. Currently, I work with Committee for Children to support their efforts to prevent bullying, violence, and child sexual abuse. This position allows me to connect with parents, educators, administrators, and advocates to help increase awareness of the importance of social-emotional learning. This has been an interest of mine since my time as an undergraduate, when I focused on Anthropology and Sociology coursework dealing with research about both child-rearing and interpersonal violence.
