Brian McDonough is director of the Ishi Dojo, a martial arts training center in Providence, Rhode Island, and one of the Providence After School Alliance (PASA) community program providers. McDonaugh has 16 years of experience in martial arts and is a nationally certified and insured fitness instructor specializing in nutritional guidance and motivational techniques.
The Ishi Dojo is a nonprofit organization that provides education for youth in fitness, nutrition, and self-awareness. The programs build character, self-confidence, discipline, focus, patience, self-control, and respect.
