Hi There,

I am looking to gather some educators who would be interested in reviewing our service. We are an education based messaging app that was created to keep Teachers, Parents and Students in sync and we are looking for crowd sourced educator feedback so that we may better respond to the educators needs when it comes to keeping everyone in sync and getting parents and students more involved.

If you have used our service then great! If you haven't we'd love if you could download it for free and give it a test. Either way we'd love new and long time users to offer us their insight.

Two main things we are looking to enhance at the moment include.

1. Our 2 way communication - how effective is this at the moment and of course what could we do better.

2. What kind of tracking would you like to see to help visualize the impact of using this service. For example - how many parents/students are reading messages, replying to messages, volunteering, etc.

If of course there are any questions I'd love to hear form you!

Hi Tanya!

I really love the interface, and after meeting with our local middle school PTO president, we're going to give it a whirl!

Part of what she mentioned is that it's important to find a tool that every teacher in grade, and preferably the school, use a system, rather than each teacher choosing their own, because that just creates a level of chaos for the parents. That said, I am so impressed with the user interface of Class Messenger, I'm sure it's going to be a great success once people get a chance to use it, and now is a great time, with the holidays coming up, for people to consider if they need to try something for the second semester, giving them some time over the holidays to kick the tires.

Nice tool! Thanks for letting us know about it!

That's so exciting Whitney! Thanks so much for the great feedback and I hope that you guys get some great results after using the service. We completely agree that the more teachers that use it the better for all! Once you guys gain some traction it would be really great to continue receiving your feedback and suggestions.

Hi Tanya,
Is this US only? Or will it work anywhere? Specifically, Australia?
Let me know - would love to trial it here in the new school year.

Hi Keith,
This is available and will work everywhere. The only part of the service that isn't set up outside of North America yet is the text messaging - but we are working on that and have plans to include that sometime next year. However, communication through all the other means within work without any issue. We have teachers using us in Australia, Belgium, The UK and all seems to be working great. Thanks so much for taking the time to look into us and asking questions - really appreciate it!
