I ran into a high school social studies teacher on Facebook and she expressed a need for some good differentiated instruction resources. Any thoughts on any resources I can point her to?

We have a bunch of resources to download for free at the website for the Differentiated Instruction Book of lists-

Backwards design is always a good way to start- if you know what you want kids to walk away from the lesson or unit with as the main learning objective, it becomes easier to start walking it back from there and envision multiple pathways to that end point. Blog posts around essential questions? Projects that integrate across the curriculum?
Since differentiation is essentially about personalizing learning, more information would be helpful in order to provide anything more than general access to information and tools :)
