Heading into half-yearly report writing season here in Australia, so I thought I would share some tools that I've used in the past to make the process more efficient. Personally, I think well thought out, clear and concise reports, with SMART targets and personalised comments are the best way to do reports, but there is also something to be said for tools like this one: www.rapid-reports.co.uk I like the fact that it gives you a free trial, and the reports are fully customisable, too!
