In search of an "Everyday is Earth Day" curriculum list.

There are simple steps to integrate "green consciousness" into your curriculum. I've found some of the curriculum from the Green Education Foundationto be green friendly and easily adaptable to subjects.

Edutopia also has a green resource database. Are there other green curriculum sites that you've found useful for teaching "greeness"?

Hey Hubert,

Unfortunately, your two are two of the best out there, for now. I've used the materials at the Center for Environmental Education on a number of occasions.

Sounds like there is a growing interest in Climate Change related materials for students, but getting them into the hands of teachers, and ultimately into the minds of students, is still an uphill political battle.

Tonight (1/18) there is a free webinar, 7pm EST- 8:30pm EST, "Going Green through the Curriculum." Presenters are: David Sobel, Gerald Lieberman, and Jennifer Seydel. Still taking registrations!
Sponsored by The National Environmental Education Foundation in partnership with the National Education Association Foundation and Green Schools National Conference. Based on the past two webinars in this series, this should be excellent!
