Please consider donating to my two active projects! I am trying to raise funds to get class sets of books that teach the importance of tolerance, as well as trying to raise money for whisper phones for my class and some supplies to help enhance our learning environment. https://www.donorschoose.org/msayersteach

Hello,

My name is Mr. Gunter. I am a 6th and 7th grade Math Intervention Teacher at YES Prep Brays Oaks, a 6th through 12th grade public charter school in Houston, TX. Our school predominately serves low-income, Hispanic and African-American students. Resources on my campus are severely limited. I am currently in the process of fundraising for new technology for my classroom, specifically a Mimio Whiteboard Interactive System. This will allow me to turn my whiteboard into a smartboard and essentially make my classroom more interactive and engaging for my students.

With so many of my students being affected by Hurricane Harvey, having a stable, consistent, productive classroom is one of the things that can provide much needed normality and balance in their otherwise chaotic lives. It is with this goal in mind, that I hope you will consider donating to my classroom.

>>>>>>>!!!!!The first 7 days are key to my project's success! If you donate within the next 7 days, when you enter the code LIFTOFF at checkout, your donations (of up to $50) will be matched by Donor's Choose!!!!!!<<<<<

Please use the LIFTOFF code to help me reach my goal as soon as possible!

You can learn more about my project and make donations here:

Any contribution helps, no matter how small. Thank you so much for taking the time to review this post. My students and I are incredibly grateful. If you know anyone who might be interested in supporting schools in need, please feel free to pass this message along.

Thank You,
Mr. Gunter
