I am a high school teacher looking for a book or workbook appropriate for my students to read about emotional intelligence. Any suggestions?

This might be a helpful list for you from Goodreads:

But a classic that should be read about EI is How to Win Friends and Influence People. It's also on that list. It's an easy read, contains audio version as well. Students would benefit from it, especially if they're high school seniors. You can even just have them read specific chapters rather than the whole book.

I second Rusul's recommendation of How to Win Friends and Influence People. It is practical and written in a straightforward manner that is accessible to high school students. Another choice could be, Emotional Intelligence: Grow Your Emotional Intelligence and Improve Your Life Today! Learn to Master Your Emotions.
