I have been teaching long enough to have earned the title veteran, but I often don't feel like one! I am learning aspects of technology for the classroom—albeit slowly! I spent 18 years growing up in the U.K., 4 years at Rutgers in N.J. before moving to CA where I have remained.

Areas of interest: Reading, learning about new and different ideas to engage my students, gardening, video games, surfing the net, cooking, and reading—I said it twice because I love it so much!
