Kids constructing stuff makes me happy. The process of talking through concepts, doodling on paper, restructuring what we thought was going to happen, and then acting together to draw, or paint, or sculpt is something I love and savor. New media based on technology constantly amazes me with the doors it can open when it comes to collaborating. I hope my interaction in the edutopia community supports my efforts to creating an ever widening world for my students on Chicago's west side.
