Parent of three teens two of which have a chronic genetic disorder.
I am struggling with three intelligent, motivated and interesting children. Two go to a private school that they recieved financial aide for and one to public. Now I am faced with my youngest son having symptoms of ADD as a consequence of Sickle Cell Disease but he does not fit the classic diagnosis. What to do. We found a possible school but the fees are astronomical. I am trying to find scholarships or aid that is not a loan, for Sickle Cell children. I would love to talk with someone about my situation. All of my children are creative and want careers in filmaking, music, computer animation, etc. I am stumped as to what to do now.
