I'm currently the Associate Director of Columbia Business School's Motivation Science Center, and the author of two books: Nine Things Successful People Do Differently and Succeed: How We Can Reach Our Goals. I also blog about goals and motivation for Huffington Post, Psychology Today, Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Fast Company.
I received my PhD in psychology from Columbia University, mentored by Carol Dweck, author of Mindset.
