I've had a long-time interest, both as a teacher and as a parent, in ways that technology can connect students beyond the confines of classroom, geographic, socio-economic, or generational boundaries. In the current test-driven climate, my immediate interest is providing all students with opportunities that fit with new definitions of literacy in the 21st century: engaging, connecting, collaborating, and creating.
