I have been teaching in rural NH for 22 years. It has been interesting and discouraging to be part of the swinging educational pendulum - having gone from the focus on developmentally appropriate curricula to test driven curricula. I continue to do as much project based learning as time permits. I am described as creative - which is sadly out of sync with many of my current colleagues.
